Propertyfix  is  a small and reliable handyman business located in Heaton Chapel, serving Stockport and the surrounding areas of South Manchester and Cheshire.  We pride ourselves in providing quality workmanship to undertake a broad range of maintenance and property care services at very competitive rates.  We deal with all kinds of properties, and especially with Victorian houses.  Our services, cover general property maintenance and home improvement projects, which include kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, painting and decorating, and garden landscaping.

Charging and Operating Policy

Our work is charged on a time and materials basis. We will always try give an estimate of the price before commencement, although some jobs may require investigative work to determine the scope of what has to be done.  For larger projects we may be able to agree a fixed price.

Specific project materials that are not provided by the customer (other than general purpose fixing supplies that we carry in stock) will be charged at cost plus a small mark up to cover our overheads. The provision of such materials and payment will be agreed with the customer in advance.

We endeavour to achieve to the highest of standards in all our assignments, and guarantee our workmanship.  We also carry public liability insurance.
